Our approach
The website uses semantic headings, labelled form controls, keyboard navigation, visible focus states, text alternatives for photographs and layouts that adapt to small screens and zoom. Colour is never the only way information is shown, and animation is kept to a minimum and follows your reduced-motion setting.
Enquiries
The enquiry form works in four short steps with a review before sending. Problems are listed at the top of each step and next to the relevant field, and you can go back without losing what you have entered.
Limitations and feedback
This is a pre-launch website. Automated checks and manual desktop and mobile reviews are part of development; they are not a certification of complete accessibility. Some official websites we link to are run by third parties and may not meet the same standards.
If something creates a barrier, please tell us through the Contact page once enquiries are open.
Travel accessibility
Website accessibility does not confirm that a hotel, vehicle or itinerary meets your access needs. Specific arrangements must be discussed and confirmed with suppliers.
