The terms of a booking must be clear before you agree to it.

No online booking is active
This website does not accept payments or confirm bookings. A request for a quote is not a reservation.
Before booking opens
Reviewed booking conditions must identify the contracting business and its role, suppliers, payment schedule, changes, cancellation rights, complaints process, liability provisions and applicable financial protection. These have not yet been finalised.
Your individual arrangements
The written quote and booking documents should identify the confirmed services, suppliers, dates, inclusions, exclusions and terms. Read these before paying or committing.
What the final conditions will need to cover
- Who you are contracting with, and in what role.
- How and when payments are taken.
- Changes requested by you, or needed by the business or its suppliers.
- Cancellations, refunds and any charges.
- How complaints are handled.
- The financial protection that applies, where it applies.
